What I Actually Do Every Day to Run a 7-Figure Business

Most people think 7-figure businesses are built on some big secret or genius funnel. A huge audience or some magic thing they're missing.

They're not.

They're built on a handful of specific, unglamorous things done consistently, every single day. The same actions, on repeat, whether I feel like it or not, whether I'm inspired or not, whether I'm even at my desk or not.

The difference between the women making real money online and the women stuck spinning their wheels usually isn't talent, audience size, or luck. It's that one group knows EXACTLY what to do each day and how to execute it, and the other is simply guessing.

I don't write emails the day they go out. I batch and schedule them ahead of time so my list always hears from me, even on the days I'm fully offline living my life. I use Claude to help batch and schedule them though, so it takes me 1/3 of the time it used to when I was doing it manually, PLUS this is a super easy to task to complete because my emails are 10 lines or less, super chill and low lift, and still get clicked on and bought from daily.here's how i do my emails

This one's been a game changer lately. I create a week (or more) of carousels in one sitting using Claude as my creative partner. What used to take me hours now takes a fraction of the time. I have a really smooth process for this that I'm not sure many people are aware of or doing! Feels like I've cracked a code here because carousels have DOUBLED my reach and my leads!

Anyone who comments with one of my keywords gets a manychat message automatically. But I stopped having manychat automatically reply to comments because I was getting RESTRICTED on IG and couldn't figure out why until I turned off that feature! (So if you have an issue with getting restricted, it's worth turning that feature OFF) BUT I need to reply because otherwise my message lands in their requests folder and they NEVER GET IT. This is where Claude comes in handy! I also have him interact with my audience.

Every day, my DMs get swept by Claude (or sometimes me!) for anything unanswered. Unanswered DMs are unanswered sales, so this one matters more than people realize.

I don't sit in my inbox for hours. I've set things up so my emails get handled by Claude without me being the bottleneck.

Instead of just creating whatever I feel like OR guessing what's working, I let the actual data tell me. I have Claude look at my best-performing posts and show me the patterns so I can make more of what actually sells. I also have a really cool thing I do to get content ideas from not only MY highest performing content, but my competitors' highest performing content. 👀
